this recipe is for 10 pieces of chicken meat :

STEP 1
2 spoon of chili flakes
100 gram of minced garlic
1 spoon of black paper
1 spoon of white paper
1 spoon of MSG (do not afraid of MSG - read 'MSG myth') 
2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of  soda bicarbonate
2 spoon of meat curry powder
1 spoon of vinegar (for juicy meat) 
mix it up and MARINATE it about 30 minutes 



after being marinated, poach 2 eggs and mix it up before frying it.

STEP 2 (for crunchy bite)

2 glass of wheat flour 
2 glass of corn flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of MSG


STEP 3 
Deep fry the chicken meat about 15~17 minutes.
